Partnership with 'Just The Beginning'

The Spivey Consulting Group is thrilled to announce a partnership with Just The Beginning, a national pipeline organization that serves students from groups that are underrepresented in the legal profession with the goal of inspiring young people to consider careers in law and increasing diversity in the legal profession.  The Spivey Consulting Group strongly believes in the importance of JTB’s mission and is proud to partner with JTB.  During the 2019-2020 law school admissions cycle, Spivey Consulting will be offering at least seven pro bono spots for law school admissions consulting to JTB Scholars.  Individuals must be applying to law school during the 2019-2020 admissions cycle and will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a Spivey Consulting consultant on their law school application materials and strategy.  Interested individuals should reach out to for more information.

The Spivey Consulting Group was established to help applicants understand leading and insider strategies for admissions by developing tailor-made plans for each client. Every Spivey Consulting Consultant has substantial law school admissions experience with a commitment to ethical and professional assistance in the admissions process.

About Just The Beginning:

For over 25 years, JTB-APO has been dedicated to developing and nurturing interest in the law among young persons from socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds underrepresented in the legal profession. Our national pipeline programs are 100% free and provide our Scholars with opportunities that support their academic growth and legal aspirations.  We offer a variety of summer and school year programming for middle and high school students and provide underrepresented law students with access to career-building opportunities thru our internships and clerkship referral programs.  Our hope is that the programming and networking we offer to students enhances their educational experience and ultimately creates a pathway for them to attend law school and engage in the legal community. Our vision is a legal profession in which lawyers and judges reflect the backgrounds and perspectives of the populations they serve.
